Shipping

Australia Post is used for all local and international shipments and we will happily ship anywhere in the world where possible. If your country doesn't show up in checkout please get in contact.

All customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and not included in shipping costs paid except for customers based in the USA.

Orders from the USA will be charged duties calculated at checkout and paid on the customer's behalf upon shipping. You will not pay any extra charges to receive your shipment.

All shipping times are estimates as quoted by Australia Post and not guaranteed by them or myself. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours

We use recycled shipping materials whenever possible which allows us to charge the actual shipping costs and not charge extra for packaging.

 

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are still in new, unused condition. 

Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Shipping charges / payment processing fees will not be refunded, and return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the reason for return is our error. 

 

Warranty

Pedals

All of the pedals made here in house at The Really Good Pedal Co. include a lifetime warranty. If it breaks, send it back and we'll fix it. 

Shipping is covered by us for the first 12 months after purchase. The warranty follows the pedal, this means even if 

Please be mindful that all of our pedals are assembled by one pair of hands in a home workshop, not a factory. Some pedals may come with minor scratches, tooling marks or the occasional missed fingerprint from the building process. These very minor blemishes are rarely noticeable under normal viewing and each pedal is tested and cleaned before packing. 

Used Pedals

Used pedals built in house have a the same warranty as a new pedal.

Used pedals from other brands/builders are tested and serviced if necessary before listing but carry no warranty from us. 

 

Onboard Preamps

All onboard preamps come with a 1 year warranty.

For DIY installers please ensure you have followed through the troubleshooting section in the install manual to the best of your ability before contacting us. 

Units that test as working or are found to have any damage upon return will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Components & Hardware

 All components and hardware include a standard 12 month warranty.

PCBs for DIY Pedal Builds

I recommend having some pedal building experience before attempting any of the projects on the website. We do not guarantee a successful build of any DIY PCB offered on this site for our own designs or from other brands. 

Returns and/or refunds will only be offered if the issue is a circuit error by the designer or manufacturing fault on the PCB itself.

 

Other

All of our prices are in AUD. Any price conversion displayed on the website for other currencies is an estimate only provided by Shopify and the final conversion price will be determined by the payment provider you chose at checkout.
